2. This Court by its order dated 24.02.2020 directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.75,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Lakhs only) to the respondent in instalment on or before 30.06.2020 and directed the Registry to list the case under the caption "For Reporting Compliance" on 06.07.2020.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid amount has been paid to the respondent and the same has been acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
