This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 21.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9808 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.No.6900 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5999 of 2023 to report before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10:30 a.m.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on all hearing dates.
