This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Sunday at 10.00 1/3
a.m. and 5.00 p.m. for the remaining period of 11 days until further orders" imposed in the order passed by the learned I Additional Principal and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.6388 of 2023, dated 17.11.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month for two (2) months at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when required for investigation. 02.01.2024 mjs To
