ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to strike off the complaint in DVA No.08 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam.

2. Originally the respondent initiated DVC proceedings against her husband, in-laws and other relatives as if she was subjected to domestic violence. The petitioners herein are the parents, siblings and other relatives of the husband of the respondent. They filed the present petition to strike off the complaint in DVC.No.8 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely roped in the matrimonial dispute with bald averments and in fact, they were trying to resolve the issue, but they were insulted by the respondent and her parents.

4. Admittedly, the petitioners herein are the parents and other relatives of the husband of the respondent herein and no allegations have been made 2/5

against the petitioners herein in the impugned complaint.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners can very well workout their remedy before the trial court. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, CMP.No.28952 of 2023 is closed. The personal appearance of the petitioners is ordered to be dispensed with.
