This petition is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent and rank her as seventh respondent in the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in A.S.No.633 of 2016 and list the matter for reporting settlement and for appearance of parties on 20.10.2022.
