This petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title in the above Criminal Appeal.
2.The petitioner, who is the son of Rajendran, had filed this petition to substitute the petitioner as legal heir of his father, who passed away on 20.02.2023. His father Rajendran had filed a private complaint against the respondent in S.T.C.No.1512 of 2018. The Trial Court by judgment dated 22.10.2021, dismissed the complaint, against which, the present appeal has been filed.
3.The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner made copy application for the judgement on 29.10.2021 and Copy Application No.294/2021 assigned. But the copy application made ready only on 27.09.2023 and it was received by the petitioner on 29.09.2023. In the meanwhile, the petitioner's father passed away on 20.02.2023. rsi petitioner, his sister and widow mother are the legal heirs of the deceased Rajendran.
