ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner and his family members in any manner.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and his family members.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complaint, enquiry has been conducted and closed.

4. Such being the position, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, the present petition is closed.
