ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of her appeal dated 18.01.2018 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. It is now brought to the notice of the Court by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending on the file of the first respondent and scheduled for hearing on 17.02.2026.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the first respondent if the petitioner's appeal dated 18.01.2018 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent, and also by adhering to the principles of natural justice. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 18.01.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent and any other party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire, and also by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 18.01.2018. No Costs.
