ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the contempt of court for disobeying the Hon'ble High Court order passed in W.P.No.5323 of 2014 dated 26.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners made a submission that in view of the development occurred during the pendency of the contempt petition, the cause did not exists. Thus, no further adjudication is required.

3. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Sub-application petition is also closed. 19.10.2022 Index : Yes Speaking order: Yes kak
