When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that additional remuneration has been paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner and further sought permission of this Court to withdraw this application and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also in view of the endorsement made, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to take out fresh application.
