This petition is filed to condone the delay of 118 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.Gautam S.Raman, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.S.Karupasamy, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 11 and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 12 and 13.

The delay is only 118 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 118 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
