ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to issue orders approving the appointment of the petitioner, viz., M.John Britto, working as Secondary Grade Assistant in the 5th respondent School, Melalavandacheri, Needamangalam Taluk, Thiruvarur District612 803, w.e.f. 04.02.2019, with all service and monetary benefits.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the third

respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
