ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent to accord approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Middle Grade Assistant in the 4th respondent School.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner was appointed as Middle Grade Assistant in the 4th respondent School with effect from 15.02.2021 in the vacancy arising out of the transfer of one Sr.Felix Dayana. It is a regular sanctioned post with Grant-

in-Aid from the Government. After her joining, the 4th respondent School submitted a proposal for appointment of the petitioner as Middle Grade Assistant before the third respondent for approval on 15.02.2021. However, it was not considered and returned. Therefore, once again the 4th respondent resubmitted the proposal on 04.10.2023 which is pending with the third respondent.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the proposal sent by the 4th respondent for approval of appointment of the petitioner to the post of Middle Grade Assistant in the 4th respondent School within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 08.01.2024 Internet: Yes Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order Lpp
