The petitioner herein was arrested on 15.08.2025 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Crime No.455 of 2025 on the file of the respondent, seeks bail. 1/4

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 1.400 Kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with alleged offence and a false case has been foisted against her. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the investigation is at initial stage and the petitioner is having five previous cases including two NDPS case. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that the investigation is at initial stage and also considering the fact that there are 5 previous cases pending against the petitioner including two NDPS offence and she was arrested only on 15.08.2025, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 24.09.2025 smv 2/4
