The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Salem, to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.466 of 2022.

2. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the enquiry in the main original petition has already been commenced and the same was posted for cross examination of P.W.1 as early as on 11.11.2024.

3. Taking into consideration that the divorce petition was filed in the year 2022 and it is already at the part-heard stage, this Court is inclined to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, Salem to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.466 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
