ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition praying to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in a case in Crime No.68 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent and file a final report before the District Munsifcum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Edappadi, Salem District, within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the investigation had been completed and the prosecution/investigating officer is preparing final report/charge-sheet, which would be filed in due course.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondents 1 and 2/Police is directed to file final report/chargesheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, soon after completion of investigation.

4. With the above observations/directions, this petition is disposed of. 19.12.2024 cs
