When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 19.03.2025 of the 2nd respondent, before this Court, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. The said submission has been affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
