This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.23768 of 2023, by an order dated 31.10.2023, to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police weekly once at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
