(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the third respondent.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that steps are being taken to remove the encroachment from the pathway and such steps would be initiated within a period of two months.
