This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 15.09.2023 in Crl.MP.No.14309 of 2023 to report before the Judicial Magistrate Court -VI, Coimbatore, once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore, monthly once, i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for two months and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
