This Petition has been filed to amend the sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C r/w 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002 instead of 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C r/w 4 of TNPHW Act in the above Crl. OP.No. 24941 of 2023 dated 27.11.2023 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.This petition is ordered and in view of the above amendment time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended till 12.01.2024 and no further time shall be granted, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stand dismissed.
