Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, respondents 1 & 2 are directed to consider the petitioner's representations given to the respondents 1 to 4 on 23.10.2024, 07.12.2024 and lastly on 11.8.2025 and to pass orders on merits and in 2/4

accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
