This petition has been filed to modify the condition of depositing a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Madras High Court Advocate Clerk Welfare Association, Chennai.

2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the credit of Madras High Court, Advocate Clerks' Welfare Association, Chennai.
