This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25175 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Investigation is pending and final report is yet to be filed.
