ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Court in para No.5 [c] in Crl.OP.No.24308 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail in Crl.OP.No.24308 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025 with a condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police from 22.09.2025 daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of 15 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation". He would further submit that the petitioner is employed in a private limited company in Singapore and facing difficulty in obtaining leave from his office and securing flight tickets to travel to India to comply with the aforementioned order and therefore seeks for necessary modification. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24308 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025 is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police from 03.10.2025, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
