This petition is filed to extend the time granted by this Court vide order dated 06.10.2023 in CRP.No.3630 of 2023 by commencing the trial from February 2024 instead of January 2024 in O.S.No.3375 of 2019 pending on the file of VII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition and after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
