This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27776 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 as that the petitioners shall deposit the original title deeds of an immovable property not less than the value of Rs.20,00,000/- (standing in the name of the petitioner or his relatives or his friends) to the credit of Crime No.481 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners possesses a document with a face value of Rs.15,00,000/-, which has a market value of more than Rs.30,00,000/- and they are ready to deposit the title deed and seeks the indulgence of this Court to extend the time for execution of sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit the title deed worth about Rs.15,00,000/- (standing in the name of the petitioner or his relatives or his friends) to the credit of Crime No.481 of 2024 and time is extended for further period of one week to execute the sureties from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
