Mrs.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the Respondents.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 10.10.2024.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the request of the Petitioner and taking into consideration of the fact that the representation had also been submitted by the Petitioner as early as on 10.10.2024 to rectify the mistake in the encumbrance certificate no steps have been taken to redress the Petitioner's grievance to date. Therefore, the Writ is allowed by directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2024 and dispose of the same on merits after giving an opportunity of personal hearing Page No. 2 of 4
to the Petitioner and perusing the objections and documents submitted by him and thereafter, pass a speaking order. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No costs.
