This petition is filed to condone the delay of 134 days in representing the Writ Appeal.

Since we do not find any merit in the Writ Appeal, no prejudice is going to be caused to the respondent employee if the delay is condoned and the matter is taken up on merit.

Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Petition to condone the delay in filing the Writ Appeal and also the Writ Appeal, as we allowed the said C.M.P. and dismissed the Writ Appeal.
