This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2025 and correct the petitioner's name in his SSLC and HSC Certificates in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification dated 07.12.2022 and to issue revised certificates within a time frame fixed by this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2025 in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification dated 07.12.2022 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
