The applicant has filed this application to extend the time for continuing the proceedings in Arbitration No.1 of 2022 before the learned Arbitrator.

2. Although there is no representation on behalf of the applicant and the first respondent, Mr.N.Somasundaar, learned counsel appears on behalf of the second respondent and submits that the second respondent has no objection for allowing this application. The learned counsel further submits that vakalat will be filed during the course of the week.

3. The submission of the learned counsel stands recorded.

4. Recording the same and being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator passing Award in the arbitration proceedings is allowed.
