ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to quash S.T.C.No.141 of 2020 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. This Court finds that during Covid-19 period, the petitioner assembled for only some 1 / 3

reason and it is due to apprehension. They have not intentionally committed any offence as alleged. Therefore, considering the factual matrix of the case, S.T.C.No.141 of 2020 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi, is quashed.
