W.P.No. 39816 of 2024 W.M.P.No.39816 of 2024 in W.P.No.34452 of 2024 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to amend the prayer in W.P.No.34452 of 2004 FROM ''to quash the proceeding conducted under Mu.Mu.Ee.2/3704/2019 dated 05.07.2019, on the file of 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and further direct the respondents to conduct a re-survey the lands in Survey No.6/3A, 6/3B, 6/3C, 7/1, 7/2 and 7/3 located in T.Kottampatti Village in Pollachi Taluk and for consequential orders'' TO ''to quash the proceeding conducted under Mu.Mu.Ee.21/3704/2019 dated 05.07.2019 on the file of 5th respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and further direct the respondents to conduct a re-survey the lands in Survey No.6/3A, 6/3B, 6/3C, 7/1, 7/2 and 7/3 located in T.Kottampatti Village in Pollachi Taluk and for consequential orders''.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.
