O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent Police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2025 and to give adequate police protection. 2.

It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there was a money dispute between the petitioner and one Naveen Kumar and due to the said dispute, the said Naveen Kumar has been threatening the petitioner. Consequently, the petitioner sent a representation dated 15.09.2025 to the respondent Police and since no action has been taken, the petitioner has filed the present petition. 3.

Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 4.

In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that merely on the basis of the loan transaction, a blanket direction cannot be issued to the respondents. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a complaint before the respondent Police whenever any threat is made to him. On receipt of such 2/4

complaint, the respondent Police shall conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
