ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for the relief of a Mandamus, directing the 2 nd respondent to settle the petitioner's terminal benefits viz. Gratuity, Employee Provident Fund, Encashment of Earned Leave, Security Deposits and other retirement benefits along with interest within a stipulated time period

2. Though a larger prayer has been sought for in this writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice to direct the nd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 30.05.2025 and 13.08.2025.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 30.05.2025 and 13.08.2025 on merits and in accordance with

law, within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the petitioner's claim. No costs.
