This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24481 of 2024 by order dated 19.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in PRC No.44 of 2024 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 09.12.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24481 of 2024 vide order dated 19.10.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, in connection with PRC No. 44 of 2024 on 09.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
