As directed by this Court, the Registry of this Court has addressed to the Commissioner of Police, Chennai on 04.07.2025 to execute the warrant issued against the 2nd respondent.

2. Registry is directed to print the name of the Public Prosecutor, Madras High Court in the cause list on the next hearing date.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant is also directed to intimate the order passed by this Court on 23.06.2025 for the effective execution of the warrant issued against the 2nd respondent.

4. Post the matter on 01.09.2025.
