This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25626 of 2024 by this Court vide order dated 23.10.2024 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in PRC No.44 of 2024 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 11.12.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25626 of 2024 vide order dated 23.10.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, in connection with PRC No.44 of 2024 on 11.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Trial Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
