ORDER

This petition has been filed to restore the Crl.O.P.No.26924 of 2024, which was dismissed for default on 28.11.2024 by this Court. 2.The petitioner filed Crl.O.P.No.26924 of 2024 seeking to quash the case in Crime No.03 of 2024 pending on the file of first respondent. The case was listed twice before this Court but there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, on 28.11.2024, the case was dismissed for non prosecution.

3.The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be given a chance to substantiate his grounds. The petitioner is confident that there is no case made against the petitioner. Hence, filed this petition. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that since the petition has been dismissed for non-prosecution, the same can be restored and considered on merits.
