The petitioner has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition to extend the time for the conditions as per order dated 03.10.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.13595 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.

No.15023 of 2024 passed by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13595 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15023 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024, from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the order granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed and no further extension of time will be granted to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
