ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for the relief of a Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 21.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner and sanction life time family pension within reasonable time.

2. Though a larger prayer has been sought for in this writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice to direct the second and third respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2025 and pass orders on the same within a time frame.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second and third respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the petitioner's claim. No costs.
