Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2017 and 14.06.2023 and thereby direct the respondents to cancel the Patta No.115 stands in the name of Pappaiah S/o.Gopichinnasamy in respect of the property situated in Punjai Survey No.683/1A1B1 and 683/1A1B2, Ayanambakkam Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Tiruvallur District to an extent of 20 cents and restore Patta No.1157 and 1158 based on the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2794/2023/Aa2 dated 13.07.2023 passed by the 4th respondent. This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 10.07.2017 and 14.06.2023, wherein and whereby he sought to cancel Patta No.115 stands in the name of Pappaiah S/o.Gopichinnasamy, in respect of the Pg.Nos.2/6

property situated in Punjai Survey No.683/1A1B1 and 683/1A1B2, Ayanambakkam Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Tiruvallur District measuring an extent of 20 cents and restore Patta Nos.1157 and 1158 based on the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2794/2023/Aa2, dated 13.07.2023 passed by the fourth respondent.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the second respondent has already considered the representations of the petitioner dated 10.07.2017 and 14.06.2023, respectively and passed appropriate orders on 25.01.2024 and the same was uploaded through online. Based on that, revenue records were also mutated. The learned Government Advocate also produced the order of the second respondent herein dated 25.01.2024 to that effect and submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that so far, the petitioner has not received the order copy. Since the learned Pg.Nos.3/6

Government Advocate submitted that the order of the second respondent dated 25.01.2024 has been uploaded through online and based on the same, mutation has also been effected, the petitioner is directed to take the online copy of the order.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 31.01.2024 Index: Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No ms To 1.
