Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.11.2024 and direct the fourth respondent to clear the accumulated debris left over in the petitioner's property.

ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 5.11.2024, seeking removal of the debris left over in the petitioner's property.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the lawful owner of the property bearing survey No.87/1B1F1 and patta No.5610 situated at No.13, plot No.102, Santhi Nagar, vellanur Village, Thiruvallur. It is further stated by the petitioner that the persons involved in construction of Chennai Outer Ring Road under the control of the fourth respondent accumulated debris and construction remnants in his property.
Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation before the fourth respondent seeking removal of the debris, however, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, he has come before this court.
3. Mr. Mr.V.Jeevagiridaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law, within a time stipulated by this court.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this court is inclined to direct the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.11.2024 and pass final orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
