The matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26976 of 2025 dated 06.10.2025, has ordered this petition. However, in para 2 and 3 of the order copy, the Crl.OP.No., date and Crime Number are wrongly mentioned. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the above submission, the error is corrected in para 2 and 3 of the order as follows:

"2. This Court by an order dated 12.09.2024 in Crl.OP.No.21607 of 2024 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.4 of 2023 before the trial Court. Now, the petitioner has filed the present anticipatory bail petition on the ground that the petitioner was not able to pay the money within the stipulated time and also that the petitioner filed seeking extension was also dismissed. Now,

the petitioner is ready to pay the said amount. Thus, seeks anticipatory bail.

4. Considering the order passed in Crl.OP.No.21607 of 2024, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, however, this Court grants two weeks time from the date of receipt of copy of the order to comply the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.21607 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024. All other conditions remains unaltered.

5. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order dated 06.10.2025 and issue a fresh copy of the order to the learned counsel for the parties. 12.11.2025 drl Note. Issue order copy on 12.11.2025.
