Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/Police, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.13 of 2022 is over and charge-sheet has already been filed through e-filing on 18.12.2024 in e-filing No.LTN-20230001512C202400271, before the Mahila Court, Tiruvallur.

3. Since the respondent/Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
