2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners .
3. Mr.N.Murali Vinodh, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent/Transport Corporation and he has raised serious objection in allowing this petition.
4. The third petitioner has averred that due to the death of sole bread winner of the family, she is an aged person and due to financial constraints, she is not in a position to take immediate steps to file this appeal, and delay of 806 days occurred in preferring this appeal.
5. The reasons mentioned supra appear to be reasonable and acceptable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this petition, subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 806 days shall stand waived.
