ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.08.2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 123 of BNS, 2023 and under Sections 24(1) of Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2023, in Crime No.358 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. Earlier bail application was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25076 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025 and there is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier bail petition.
