This application has been filed by the Official Assignee seeking approval of this Court for the sale of the articles lying at the business premises of the Insolvent for a sum of Rs.7,15,000/- in favour of the highest offeror Mr.R.Madhankumar.

2. As seen from the report submitted by the Official Assignee in support of this application, advertisement for sale was not given before receiving offers from the prospective buyers. Necessarily, an advertisement for the sale of the items, which are the subject matter of this application, has to be given by the Official Assignee to get the best offer.

3. Therefore, this Court directs the Official Assignee to effect advertisement for sale in respect of the items morefully described in the report filed by the Official Assignee within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While giving the 1/3

advertisement, the Official Assignee shall give minimum 3 weeks' time for the prospective buyers to submit their respective bids. The advertisement shall be given in "Malaimalar" having wide circulation in the State of Tamil Nadu for the hearing on 28.07.2025. The offers, which have already been received by the Official Assignee, shall also be considered along with other bids received through the advertisement of sale.

Post the matter on 28.07.2025.
