ORDER
Ms. S. Pavithra, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The relief sought in this writ petition is a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioners' representations, both dated 15.08.2025 with regard to fixation of pay and consequential benefits.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue involved in this case is covered by the order dated 20.06.2023 passed in W.P. (MD) No.3609 of 2020, confirmed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD) No.1099 of 2024 by order dated 04.07.2024 and affirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.26264 of 2024, vide order dated 11.11.2024 and therefore, this Court may issue a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, both dated 15.08.2025 in the light of the same.
4. Acceding to the said submission, Ms.S. Pavithra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, submitted that appropriate directions may be issued by this Court.

In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioners' representations, both dated 15.08.2025 in line with the aforesaid orders and pass orders on their own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
6. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
