ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.522 of 2023 dated 03.09.2023 pending investigation on the file of the 1 st respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 2 nd respondent notice to the 2 nd respondent is dispensed with.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram, on 09.10.2024 itself through e-filing. 2/4

5. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
